My deepest condolences to you Cheryl and Laura, and each of your families, on your Baba’s passing. Aunty Leda will be deeply missed.
Celebrating holidays at the Lanski house were some of my favourite childhood memories. Aunty Leda truly had a gift for hospitality. We always felt welcomed, loved, and left full of wonderful Ukrainian comfort food.
Uncle Walter’s and her powerful examples of servitude, marriage, faith and perseverance are a treasures I will cherish forever.
Even though I cannot be there in person to celebrate Leda’s life, please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers at this time.
