Obituary of Lesley Dawn Lasas

Our sweet Lesley Dawn Lasas was born in Regina, Sk. on June 11, 1988. Lesley passed away unexpectedly on February 1st, 2024 at the age of 35 years.

Leslie was raised by her grandmother, Marlene "Lady" Whitebird/ Agecoutay. Then later on by her Papa, Paul Morrissette, with her sisters Marie, Suzanne, and Naomi. Lesley took pride in being a mother to her three beautiful daughters Jadyn, Janelle, and Amiryah. Together with her partner Brad Roulette, they did their best to provide a loving and happy home.

Lesley was predeceased by her parents Tina "Mnnie" Agecoutyay and Roger Lasas. Her sisters Marie Lynn Lasas and Suzanne Cehan Lasas, Uncle James Dean Agecoutay, Grandmother Marlene "Lady" Whitebird/Agecoutay and Grandfather "Papa" Paul Morrissette. She is survived by her daughters: Jadyn, Jynelle and Amiryah. her partner Brad Roulette, her sister Naomo Agecoutay, nephew Rio Agecoutay. nieces: Nitanis, Brooklyn, Della and numerous aunties, uncles and cousins.

 The Funeral Wake will be held at the Full Gospel Bible School, 298 B-Say-Tah  Road in Fort Qu'Appelle on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 7:00 pm. followed by the Funeral Service on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the same location.

Interment will take place at Asham's Beach Cemetery on the Pasqua First Nation after the funeral.
