Frank is survived by his wife of 62 years, Muriel; their children, Sharon (Nigel) Crook, Phil (Patti) Pizzuto, Linda Gilbert; their grandchildren, Jenna and Elyse Crook, Trevor (Kaily) Pizzuto, Sarah (Will) Kutney, Samantha and Allison Pizzuto, Chris and Bryn Gilbert; and great-granddaughter, Hayden Pizzuto. Frank was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Fortunata Pizuto, his sisters, Terry (Ernie) Berzolla, Rose Arnold, brother-in-law, Roly Joly. In 1954, Muriel and Frank were married and raised their three children in the Mount Royal community. Frank barbered for 45 years opening up his own shop in 1965 in the Riversdale area, under the name Frank's Barber Shop. He established many friendships throughout his career as a barber. As an athlete, he was an avid softball and hockey player, a bowler and a curler. Even during his last days, he loved to watch the Blue Jays win. Frank also loved fishing and goose hunting. In the early 60's, Frank and Muriel, with their life-long friends, Bill , Anne Loran and Tom , Millie Loran, bought lake-front property at Martins Lake where crazy antics made for fond memories. As a small child, St. Mary's Parish has always been an integral part of his life. From marriage, to his children's baptism, he was an active member of St. Mary's and the Knights of Columbus. The family would like to thank the staff at Porteous Lodge for their compassionate care for Frank; loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, friend to all and amazing story-teller. A special thanks to Sister Carol for always being there for our parents.
