Obituary of Jessie Grieves

Jessie Grieves March 23, 1921 – November 30, 2015 It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Jessie. She passed away at Clinkskill Manor at the age of 94. Left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Patricia Lyon, Terri (David) Gagnon of Brandon, grandchildren Alicia, Matthew and Derrick, great grandchildren Roman and Akaeus, niece Doreen Kemp (Bryant) and nephew Bruce Kemp (Paulette). Jessie was predeceased by her parents, her brother and her husband Ken. Jessie was born in Broderick , Sask. and grew up in Outlook where she met and married Ken. She worked in a polio ward down east while Ken served overseas in the Army. They lived in Revenue and moved to Saskatoon in 1955. They also lived in Thompson for a short time while Dad worked at the Manibridge mine. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, bird watching, reading, cooking, painting , knitting and visiting with her family and friends. Jessie and her wonderful sense of humor will be remembered and missed.
