Mum and Dad were married March 25, 1950; they celebrated 47 years before Stan passed on April 8, 1997. Also predeceased by her granddaughter Heather, June 9, 1993
Mum, Dad & a young Edward immigrated from London, England in 1956, and settled in Saskatoon soon after. Mum was always a "spitfire" and enjoyed joking and laughing with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her sense of humor will be remembered as much as her rebellious attitude. Contrary to what she taught her children, Mum believed she could eat her dessert before eating her dinner. One memory that will endure with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren is her famous boxing moves and the patented "left hand", and her giving us a bunch of fives! We will miss that twinkle in her eyes, the mischievous smile & laugh forever. We miss you and love you.
Due to Covid 19, there will be no service at this time, hopefully this summer when we can all be together.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to: Central Haven Backyard Beautification project, 1022 Avenue I North. Saskatoon, SK. Canadian MPS Society 218-2055 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, BC V5N 0C7. Or a Charity of your choice.
Mum & Dad are together again.
